When Nehemiah heard that the walls of Jerusalem were in ruins, he sat down and wept. But he didn't stop there. He prayed, and then he planned.

The Balanced Leader

Nehemiah is a unique figure because he was both a deep man of prayer and a highly organized administrator. He knew how to ask for God’s help, and he knew how to organize work shifts and security detail.

Handling Opposition

Restoring a People

The wall was finished in just 52 days, but Nehemiah's real work was restoring the people’s spirit. He showed that leadership is not just about finishing a project; it's about building up the people involved in it.
